Our law firm is seeking an organized, self-starter to join our team as a Legal Case Manager and work alongside attorneys to achieve our client’s goals.
We need someone who is an effective communicator, incredibly organized, and self-motivated.
Our ideal applicant will have experience in case management and be skilled at drafting documents and conducting legal research.

Compensation:
$30,000 - $35,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Draw up legal documents for attorney review
Maintain and organize all case files, and information with regard to engagement, whether electronic or paper, in accordance with firm policies
Update clients and outside counsel on case status as requested
Perform legal research to obtain documentation regarding health insurance, medical records, social security, and medical providers
Support attorneys with all aspects of case management, including billing, docketing deadlines, and providing reminders as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and stay self-motivated
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet presentation, and case management software
A 2-year degree and Paralegal certification are acceptable, but a Bachelor’s degree is preferred - High school diploma is required
Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are needed
Professional case management process experience is needed - preferably as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal, at a non-profit, law firm, or human services agency
