Join the Team at T-Mobile as a Partner Compliance Manager for National Care! If you're passionate about ensuring contracts are not just documents but living, breathing expressions of integrity and compliance, we want you on our team.
As our Partner Compliance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our service partner contracts are not just maintained, but thriving representations of our commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do: Daily Dive-ins: You'll start your day diving into daily calls with our partner sites, ensuring change control validation, staffing compliance, and conducting monthly SOP audits.
You'll be the first line of defense in proactively identifying compliance issues and mitigating risks.
Listening with Intent: Every call counts.
You'll bring your sharp listening skills to the table, conducting daily call listening sessions and facilitating focus groups to assess risk management and sniff out potential fraud.
Governance Specialist: You'll take the lead in governance of our Service Partner legal agreements, ensuring they don't just meet compliance standards but exceed them.
Your meticulous eye for detail will safeguard our organization's interests and financial health.
Collaborative Champion: Collaboration is key.
You'll work closely with site leadership and internal departments, reviewing and approving contract control documents to protect our financial interests and ensure the application of contract-negotiated rates.
What You'll Bring: Experience: You've got 4+ years of experience in legal, risk management, internal audit, and/or vendor management.
Your background in governance and compliance means you know contracts like the back of your hand and have a curiosity about fraud detection and mitigation.
Wireless Wisdom: You've got experience in wireless or similar industries, and you thrive in its fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.
(Preferred) Outsourcing Enthusiasm: Outsourcing experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to drive efficiency and effectiveness in dynamic environments.
