Lab has recently launched a study! This new research study will examine the impacts of a new therapeutic technique addressing positive memory retrieval on how we think and feel and on our health.
Participation in this research study involves completing 1 Intake Interview (lasting approximately 3 hours), 5 therapy sessions (each lasting approximately 1 hour), 1-week post-therapy follow-up assessment (lasting approximately 1 hour), and 3-months post-therapy follow-up assessment (lasting approximately 20 minutes).
Across these phases, self-report surveys assessing health, feelings, and thoughts will be completed; participants will respond to clinician-administered measures on mental health; and participants will provide saliva samples between some appointments.
This study is an approximate 5-month commitment.
