- Conduct sales activities to identify and acquire new clients
- Aggressively pursue new business through cold-calling, trade events, engagement in trade associations and participation in marketing programs
- Re-establish relationships with dormant accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Perform site visits and building surveys for prospective clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth

- Aggressive self-starter who is willing to learn and is not afraid of rejection with strong time management skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships
- Technical sales experience in a related industry is preferred but not required
