We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Communications Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing, organizing, and creating engaging content for various company initiatives, as well as planning and coordinating a variety of company events.
If you possess the creative skills to transform routine monthly meetings into memorable events, turn YouTube content into binge-worthy series, and add a special flair to company events, we’d love to hear from you! As a part of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing internal communication and fostering company culture.
*Responsibilities:*
* Plan and execute various company events, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
These events may include team-building activities, celebrations, and other social gatherings.
* ganize and create content for monthly meetings to ensure effective communication and engagement among team members.
* Take charge of organizing and planning the all-company conference, overseeing logistics, scheduling, and content to create a memorable and impactful event.
* Coordinate content for the company's YouTube series, ensuring high-quality and relevant videos that resonate with the target audience.
* Coordinate the creation of a new company apparel line, from conceptualizing designs to coordinating production and ordering.
Ensure that the apparel aligns with the company brand and values.
* Assist in crafting and distributing internal memos to convey important information clearly and effectively.
* Design recruitment materials and contribute to the employer branding strategy.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, human resources, corporate communications or any other related major.
* Proven experience in content creation and event planning.
* Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Photoshop is a plus.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Creativity and an eye for design, especially in the context of apparel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
