The Position:
Sell and lease Camden Homes' products and services to potential buyers with the objective to close sales and teases transactions in an efficient and timely manner.
This, with the purpose to change lives by helping our clients fulfill their American Dream of living in a home.
Location : Durant Oklahoma
Main Responsibilities:
Support marketing efforts
Get involved in all the marketing projects to attract clients.
Participate by suggesting ideas and in the production and placing of materials, as well as broadcasting in the media, as necessary.
Use social media to generate leads.
Suggest marketing ideas to your manager.
Maintain the model clean & organized
Clean and mop and keep furniture in order and do everything necessary so that the model always looks attractive to the customers and clients.
Subdivision cleanliness
Make sure that the neighborhood looks nice, the signs are placed correctly.
Report any needed painting or repairs to construction, using the appropriate procedures.
Be a team player every Friday to plan for the weekend sales with your team.
Customer service
Respond to leads immediately and follow-up with clients.
At the location, welcomes clients immediately.
Offer and provide coffee or water.
Help them feel comfortable.
Ensure that children are safe.
Respond to leads immediately and follow-up with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by following our A-Z sales process.
Explain and provide true information about the homes and services offered.
When contracts are signed, follow-up every step necessary for the transaction and inform the client.
Enter the required information in the company's corresponding software
Enter complete information in SalesForce/Builtopia
Follow procedures
Enter complete information in Sales Force/ Buildium and TAA for leases
Evaluate Client's Qualification
-Give potential Buyers information regarding: Conventional Loans/ Seller Finance / Lease Programs offered.
-Build rapport to determine what program to offer.
-Gather required financial information from clients.
-Provide buyers information about the homes available, their options and show property.
Complete sales contracts and lease agreements and necessary documentation
Be proactive in filling out contracts and leases completely, accurately, and correctly.
Ensure you collect the necessary funds (only money orders and cashier's checks) from clients.
Ensure your documents are uploaded to SalesForce and earnest money if turned it to corporate.
Coordinate appointments with construction/builder.
Maintain communication with the closing facilitator
Update the closing facilitator on a daily basis.
During your working hours, immediately responds to requests by corporate, either made via e-mail or phone.
