Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the loan process, from initial consultation to the final closing of the mortgage.
Evaluate different loan products and make recommendations based on each client's unique financial situation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and lending regulations.
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure loan processes are efficient and seamless.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our different loan products and the ability to explain each of them to customers.
Conduct timely and accurate loan transactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in mortgage banking, financial services, or a related field.
Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and regulations.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity.
Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
