Position: Retail Store Nursing Manager Responsibilities: 1.
Clinical Leadership: - Oversee and lead a team of nursing professionals in delivering high-quality customer care within a retail environment.
- Enforce clinical protocols to ensure the highest standards of healthcare services.
- Provide mentorship and support for nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Client Engagement: - Enhance the client experience by implementing customer-focused healthcare practices.
- Integrate nursing services seamlessly into the overall customer journey.
- Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and resolution.

Operational Management: - Manage day-to-day operations of the retail nursing store, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other members of management to optimize workflow and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Training and Development: - Conduct ongoing training and development programs for nursing staff to enhance skills and ensure up-to-date knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the nursing team.
Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Texas State license or compact.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership, preferably within a retail healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
