Registered Nurse - Ortho/Surgical/Trauma Unit Night Shift and Day Shift openings Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients.
Responsibilities: - Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and assess patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans - Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures - Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with procedures and treatments as needed - Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families Requirements: - Valid RN license - Minimum of 1 years of full time experience in medical/surgical nursing - AHA BLS required at hire We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for our Registered Nurses.
