Made by OK Lighting, model number OK-9747-01, brushed nickel body and base with desert beige lamp shade.
Base is 16 inch round and weighted to balance lamp, arch height is 83 inches, shade is 16.
5 inches wide and 11 inches in height.
Lamp is fully assembled, but can be easily disassembled for transportation.
This is a brand new lamp that was ordered by an online customer, then refused at time of delivery due to the order being two weeks late.
It is literally brand new never used.
Original purchase price was $153.
