JOB DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design and develop code to run marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with business partners by leveraging analytics and data insights.
Manage attribute and suppression logic and research new data elements for targeting.
Produce data validations and meet audit requirements.
Identify trends in data and communicate impacts to partners.
Participate in code reviews, identify issues and process improvement opportunities, and correct errors for overall quality improvement.
Collaborate with business partners to define and size audiences.
Prepare campaigns for post-processing Analytics and Reporting teams.
Work with channel vendors for campaign execution and fulfillment.
Develop and maintain campaign runbooks and training documentation for business resiliency.
Maintain proper data control environment and work closely with Quality Validation and Control teams to ensure compliance with legal, marketing, and data use rules.
Represent the audience management team as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in stakeholder meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering (Any), Computer Science, or related field of study.
The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering (Any), Computer Science, or related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Analyst, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: SAS; SQL; Relational Databases such as Teradata or Oracle; PuTTY; Unix; MS Office Products including Excel; and Unix Shell Scripting.
Job Location: 8181 Communications Parkway, Plano, TX 75024.
Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
