CMA is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Design Review & Modifications Coordinator to join our vibrant onsite team at Craig Ranch.
This is an entry-level administrative role.
As a Design Review & Modifications Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to our community's standards and facilitating smooth modification processes.

Key Responsibilities: - Familiarize yourself with the leasing policy and HOA governing documents of the Community Association and the Service Areas, maintaining positive relationships with property owners and promptly addressing their inquiries regarding modifications or leasing.
- Review modification requests for the Master and Service Areas, organizing information for the Design Review Committee's assessment.
- Process and communicate decision letters to owner applications and appeals using approved CMA procedures and systems.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, meeting packets, and minutes for Design Review Committee and Appeals meetings, ensuring efficient facilitation.
- Conduct inspections of completed projects to verify compliance with requirements and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to inquiries regarding modifications through various channels promptly and professionally.
- Attend and record minutes of Design Review Committee meetings as necessary, contributing to the maintenance of accurate records.
- Review and recommend revisions to the recorded Design Guidelines periodically to enhance the application process for owners and the Design Review Committee.
- Provide periodic training sessions for owners on the submission and review process, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Train committee members on the review process and website functionality, equipping them to make informed decisions effectively.
- Develop and maintain a tracking tool to communicate violations that need to be issued based on committee or Board of Directors decisions, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Ensure proper documentation for owner appeals/hearing requests to prevent unnecessary violations issued by the compliance team, fostering interdepartmental communication.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; six months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in job-related skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to explain reasoning clearly.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including internet navigation, email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
