Liberty Mutual Global Cybersecurity (GCS) is actively searching for a Cybersecurity Solutions Specialist who is passionate about Identity and Access Management and has the experience to help us take our IAM program to the next level.
This role is an important element of our Business Process & Governance practice, helping realize our vision to improve the way we work continuously, ensure security is embedded and enabling, improve the customer experience, and deliver innovative solutions rapidly.
You would be a senior member of an Agile team that is focused on analysis, system design, documentation, testing, implementation, and support for highly complex security operations and processes.
In this role, you will: Provide oversight and guidance of Identity and Access Management Business Processes to ensure solutions adhere to all IAM standards, policies, and best practices.
Represent business process re-engineering as part of the overall program to simplify IAM processes, enhance customer value, and eliminate waste.
Provide guidance and direction on the remediation of audit, control, risk, and maturity gaps by using knowledge of risk mitigation or acceptance strategies.
Define and enforce business process strategy for Identity Management that may be associated with role management and/or group management.
Influence product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement) for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) focused on Identity and Access Management processes.
Collaborate with Global Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance functions to develop a library of security controls and IAM Governance practices that map industry and company standards to operational procedures, and accurately measure control effectiveness.
Execute process initiatives within a robust process management control system highlighting KPIs that provide team observations, insights, and recommendations on actions to be taken.
Work with stakeholders and IAM scrum teams clarifying business requirements, removing roadblocks, constantly communicating, and gaining alignment around IAM Governance.
Communicate the IAM governance strategy effectively to key stakeholders and team members.
Under limited supervision and general direction, evaluates and reports on the effectiveness of security and compliance controls as well as risk mitigation strategies in IT and business environments.
Effectively communicates technical issues to diverse audiences.
This role might be for you if you have: A senior technical professional background with knowledge of IAM, cybersecurity policy, standard and control governance, business process engineering, and Agile Development methodologies.
Generally, more than 10 years of related experience with 8 years preferably in Enterprise Cybersecurity Architecture, IAM Governance/Policy and design, planning, process improvement, and implementation.
Master’s degree preferred.
In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies and their application to business opportunities.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, project management, and IT standards and guidelines.
Highly developed negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
Proven understanding of Identity Governance systems such as SailPoint / Saviynt.
Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily with limited supervision and often with competing priorities and varying degrees of urgency.
Able to influence a diverse group of stakeholders at various levels in the organization.
While not required to hire any candidate must be willing and able to work towards obtaining a cybersecurity professional certification within the first year of employment (CISA, CISM, CRISC).
Experience with IAM / Modern Authentication /Identity tooling is a plus (e.
g.
, SailPoint IIQ, ServiceNow, MFA, Security Token, OAUTH, Azure AD conditional access, Azure, AWS, etc.
