EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required
Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus
Fun, energetic, and works with a genuine care for the guest experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
Maintain a current Food Handlers and State Alcohol Serving Certificate (upon hire)
Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding hospitality service
Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes)
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly
Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
Set up the team for success in the next shift
Respond to guest questions in a friendly and enthusiastic tone
Deliver food orders from the eateries to guests’ tables rapidly and accurately.
Act as the contact point between eateries & guests
Communicate food orders with both eateries & during table delivery.
Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.
g.
, proper temperature)
Remove dirty dishes and utensils.
Prepare dining areas by cleaning and resetting tables before & after guests leave.
Continue to scan the Hall for opportunities to clean and sanitize all common areas for guests.
Ensure restrooms are clean & stocked with appropriate items.
Collect, wash, & disperse food trays to eateries.
Ensure beverage stations are in operational order with syrup, lids, straws, and other beverage items.
Clean up spills and broken glassware and attend to similar problems during service with minimal interruption to guest experience.
