Food Truck Line Cook/Driver

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards - Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service - Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and work areas - Upsell menu items and provide recommendations to customers - Driving the food truck to and from location to restock water and fuel Requirements: - Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of basic math for recipe measurements and portioning - Familiarity with bussing tables, operating POS systems, cash registers, and cash handling - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Current food handlers certificate (manager level preferred) - Current drivers license Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
