Servers

*SERVERS* *We are seeking servers who have weekend availability.
Must be open every weekend.
* *Poached Brunch House:* We are a family owned Breakfast, Brunch, and Lunch Restaurant.
We are open 7am to 2:30pm daily Our restaurant is looking for a team of Server in a fast paced setting.
You will attend to our guests with enthusiasm and positive attitude.
Take and present food and drink orders to our guests.
Maintain the FOH clean and sanitary according to Health Code.
Participate in duties to maintain a stocked and clean server areas and FOH areas.
Our ideal applicant has a positive attitude, TABC Certification and a food handler's card.
*What you'll do:* * Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order * Attend to customers upon entrance * Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages * Take and serve orders * Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products * Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff * Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude * Issue bills and accept payment * Cleaning/Prep Duties for opening and closing procedures.
* Maintain server areas clean and organized.
* Prepares room for dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils.
* Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
* Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
* Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to guests' spills or other special needs.
* Prepare Alcoholic beverages according to TABC guidelines.
Requirements: * Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience * Hands-on experience in cashier duties * Attention to cleanliness and safety * Patience and customer-oriented approach * Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude * Responsible and trustworthy * High school diploma is a plus but not required If this sounds like you, send us your resume!
