Assistant Manager/Shift Runner

Store Managers (GMIT) Domino's Pizza Job Description Our Store Managers are normally all considered General Managers In-Training (GMIT).
Shift Runners (GMIT I to GMIT II) assist the General Manager (GM) and the Assistant Managers (GMIT III to GMIT IV) with overall store and shift management as well as light administrative duties.
Assistant Managers handle high level of store management and administrative duty in support of the GM and store.
GMITs progress to become experts in product making and deeply knowledgeable in company and brand standards to help ensure they are being followed.
GMITS exhibit the basic standards of Pizza Makers and CSRs and starting hourly wage averages around $9 for GMIT I but may go up to $14 for GMIT IV with the ability to achieve tips also taking the salary range anywhere from $320 to $600 weekly as a full-time employee.
Domino's GMIT Responsibilities: Be an expert in product and company standards.
Aid the GM in meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Ensure accurate data entry for customer orders, store inventory, and other auditable items from refrigeration temperature monitoring to store sanitation schedule documentation.
Speak both professionally and politely to customers and other employees to communicate any specific details regarding orders or ask/answering questions.
They should be able to address and handle customer and employee concerns effectively with limited GM oversight.
Must be able to maintain a secure and accurate cash till at all times.
Ensure cleaning duties are performed by self and team prior to shift end.
Aid the GM in teaching, training, and hiring employees.
Create a fun and professional work environment.
Practicing food safety procedures and good personal hygiene.
Prepping food and side items in anticipation for our lunch and dinner rush hours.
Following company guidelines and standards to maintain a safe workplace.
Must be able to pass a Background check, felons are hirable with limitations on the type of offense.
