Absentee owners of a mid-size Preschool in Denton are looking for a Director to lead & manage the total running of the Preschool.
The Preschool is *TRS certified*.
The remuneration will include a competitive salary and can include a share of the revenue generated.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant major, experience as a Teacher in a licensed Preschool, and a minimum of 2 years experience as a Director or Assistant Director.
The role will include responsibility for marketing & enrollment, hiring & staffing, total operations, and financials & budgeting.

Some of the exciting things that you will be responsible for as a Director include, but are not limited to:
*MARKETING & ENROLLMENT:*
Fill the center to capacity while maximizing the profitability of the operation
Manage the social media accounts of the Preschool
Conduct tours for prospective families
Creation of monthly newsletter
*STAFFING:*
Recruit, identify and hire candidates, improving the Preschool’s operations & education functions with each new hire.
Maintain a fully staffed Preschool through planning, and timely hiring.
Maintain a high retention rate for top talent.
Staff schedule - plan, prepare, post, monitor and modify as needed
Train staff to plan and implement creative, developmentally age appropriate programs for all children, in line with the curriculum
Manage all salary expenses and other controllable expenses within agreed budgeted amounts
*OPERATIONS, SAFETY & SECURITY:*
Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the preschool, including smooth day-to-day operations, supervision of curriculum delivery, staff achievement, safety and other aspects that make the Preschool thrive
Operate the school according to TX State licensing and TRS standards
Ensure the Preschool opens and closes as scheduled
*PARENTS:*
Provide constructive feedback on the growth & development of the child
Developing strong relationships with our families.
Ensure Parents are very happy with the growth & development of their children
Responsible for keeping student turnover to a minimum; understand and addresses problem areas which contribute to student turnover
*FINANCIAL:*
Ensure all tuition payments are collected on time
Managing operations within agreed budget heads
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
Savvy and knowledgable about social media and its usage
BA or BS Degree in Early Childhood/Elementary Education or related field
Experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director over a minimum of 8 employees and a Minimum of 3 years classroom teaching experience required
Must have TX Director Credential
Track record of growing a licensed Early Childhood Education business
Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and ability to learn other programs quickly
Must be able to bend, stoop, stand, and lift-up to 25-40 lbs
