Job Summary:
The Controller will be responsible for working closely with the accounting team on month end close, managing employees, and reporting.
Essential Functions:
Lead and Assist on month end close functions
Work directly with team on day to day processes
Work with team to meet all internal deadlines
Problem solve issues related to the close process
Help with financial statement preparation
Analysis and maintain General Ledger integrity along with any supporting schedules.
Assist with the development, maintenance of any KPI reporting.
Manage and maintain Fixed Asset tracking/system for all companies
Become an expert in all relevant software PDI (ERP), Ascend Firestream (ERP), and Sage 50 (ERP)
Assist in the month end close process including reconciliations of various entities.
Perform monthly ad hoc reporting.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation
Abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations/certifications.

Qualifications: Experience, Competencies, and Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
Any advanced degree coursework would be desirable.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience as an account
Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel and Power Point.
Ability to learn and work in multiple ERP solutions.
Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels of the company
